Registering Peek-a-Boo Process Throb

Last week macZOT offered a discount on an application called Peek-a-Boo Process Throb. I’d never heard of the application, and am not yet sure how often I’ll use it, but I found the concept interesting, the execution well done, and the price negligible, so I paid the registration fee. Some time later, I received my registration key in an email, so I copied the key to the clipboard and command-tabbed to Peek-a-Boo to figure out where to paste the key. The following dialog popped up:
How cool is that? I’m facile enough with a computer that I’m confident I could have navigated the menus and found where to paste the key, but I found not having to do so gratifying. I’m sure this feature doesn’t consume many CPU cycles, either. Presumably, Peek-a-Boo checks the clipboard only if it’s not registered, and then only when it first receives focus. Once Peek-a-Boo is registered, the code can lie forever dormant.
Nice touch, Peek-a-Boo developers!
